Terms of Use

These Terms define the agreement between the end users (the “User”) of the KickSage app and all services offered under the kicksage.com domain (collectively, the “Service”) and the operator of the Service. By registering for or using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

KickSage is a social fantasy sports application based on making predictions about football matches and mini games. The virtual "chip" unit in the app is not real money; under no circumstances can it be converted to money, redeemed, or cashed out. KickSage does not in any way offer real-money betting, gambling, lottery, or cash-prize gaming services — none of the activities in the app are paid for or settled in real money.

2. Account Creation and Use

• To create an account you must be over 13 years old. Users under 18 may only use the Service with the consent of a legal guardian.
• You warrant that the information you provide (email, username, year of birth, etc.) is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your account (password, session, device access). If you notice that your account has been used without authorization, you must immediately notify [email protected].
• One person may create only one account. Duplicate accounts, automated bots, and using another user's account are prohibited.

3. Chip Economy

Chips are a single balance. You acquire chips by playing (correct predictions, achievements, the daily wheel, mini games, daily tasks) or by purchasing a chip package through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Regardless of how they were acquired, all chips are spent the same way; there is no spending restriction based on how a chip was obtained.

Chips can be staked or spent throughout the app, including predictions, public and private room entry pools, tournament and fantasy league entry pools, one-on-one mini-game duels, and the in-app card market. Any "prize pool" is simply the redistribution of virtual chips among participants; because the chips have no monetary value and can never be converted to money, these features are games of skill and entertainment, not gambling.

For our own accounting we record whether each chip was earned in the app or purchased (for refund, gift, and analytics purposes), but this distinction does not affect where, how, or how much you can spend the chip.

Chips are personal and cannot be converted to money. Other than the in-app gift feature described below, they cannot be transferred to other users: a gift works by you purchasing a chip package from the store for your friend, and the chips are added to your friend's balance — you do not send your own chips, you pay the store. If you close or delete your account, your remaining chip balance becomes void.

4. Purchases and Refunds

• All purchases, such as chip packages and premium membership, are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Store policies apply.
• A refund request for an accidental purchase must be submitted directly to the relevant store. For purchases where chips were not credited due to technical reasons, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it within a reasonable time.
• When you delete (or close) your account, the chips in your balance are deleted; they cannot be converted to real money.

4a. Premium Membership (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

Premium Membership is an auto-renewable subscription. The title, duration (e.g. monthly/yearly), and price of the subscription are shown clearly on the purchase screen and in the store's payment confirmation (App Store / Google Play).

• Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same duration and price unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime from your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period you are currently in.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

The premium subscription provides certain in-app benefits (ad-free experience, extra wheel spins, etc.); these benefits are also subject to the chip economy rules in Section 3 and never result in any real-money payout.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When the following are detected, the account is suspended or permanently closed:

• Automated bots, scripting, emulator cheats, or multiple accounts.
• Collusive prediction with people who know the match result in advance (collusive rooms).
• False identity, someone else's email, someone else's payment information.
• Harassment, racism, threats, copyright infringement, or obscene content in chat and rooms.
• Reverse-engineering the app, leaking its source code, or overloading the API.

6. Expert (Coupon Sales) System

Users at the top of the seasonal leaderboard may put their own prediction coupons up for sale in exchange for chips. To become a coupon seller, a commitment to honesty is given; users who declare false statistics or artificially inflate their prediction rate are removed from this system and, if necessary, have their accounts closed.

7. Intellectual Property

The KickSage logo, design, mini-game mechanics, content, and database belong to the operator. For content produced by the user (coupons, chat messages, usernames, etc.), the operator is deemed to be granted a license to use it within a reasonable scope to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

KickSage provides match scores, statistics, and player information from third-party data providers "as is". The operator cannot be held liable for point/chip changes that may arise from delays, errors, or incorrect data originating from the data provider. The operator reserves the right to suspend the Service partially or entirely, and to change prices/features, by giving notice in advance.

9. Account Closure and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account from the app via the Settings → Delete My Account flow. After deletion, your personal data (email, name, prediction history) is removed except where legal retention periods apply. For more information, see the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated over time. For significant changes, notification will be made on the app's home screen or by email. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Competent Court

The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies to disputes arising from this agreement. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts are competent; for other disputes, the İstanbul Çağlayan Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent.
